444abc Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 444abc website at https://444abc.app, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as an anonymous visitor.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using real-money account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses issued by 444abc that are subject to wagering conditions before withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which 444abc transacts with players.

To register and maintain an account on the 444abc Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any company or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 444abc for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud, abuse, or terms violations.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You are opening the account for your own personal use and will not allow any other person to access or operate your account.

444abc reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 444abc login credentials, including your username and password. Specifically:

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password and update it regularly. 444abc recommends a minimum of 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, and symbols.
• You must notify the 444abc support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised each action, unless 444abc has been notified of a security breach and has taken remedial action.
• 444abc will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 444abc that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

444abc processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 444abc does not currently accept international card payments or bank wire transfers for deposits.
• Deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. 444abc is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 444abc account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 444abc reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 calendar days of request may result in withdrawal cancellation.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 1–3 business days under normal circumstances.
• 444abc does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 444abc accepts no liability.

444abc offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirements and game type restrictions, are specified within each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳40,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagers placed on certain game types — including, but not limited to, certain live dealer table games and low-margin sports markets — may contribute less than 100% toward the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's specific terms.
• 444abc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including for individual players where abuse is suspected.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 444abc Platform is subject to the following rules:

• 444abc offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Available markets, odds, and bet types are as displayed on the Platform at the time of placing the wager.
• Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are final on confirmation.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or casino session, 444abc will use its best efforts to restore the session to its prior state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• 444abc reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, whether caused by human error or system malfunction.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by 444abc at any time without notice.
• All casino games use certified RNG technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the respective game provider's published documentation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444abc Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, spider, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorised by 444abc.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multi-player games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds sourced from illegal activities or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent identity verification process.
• Allowing or facilitating a person under 21 years of age to access or use your 444abc account.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward 444abc staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

444abc is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all adult players. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure in-session time alerts to be notified when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely by contacting the 444abc support team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no new deposits will be accepted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts remind players of time elapsed and net gaming result during active sessions.

All content on the 444abc Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, user interface designs, promotional materials, written copy, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 444abc or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Specifically prohibited without prior written consent from 444abc:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform's software.
• Creating derivative works based on any 444abc content, branding, or software.
• Framing or deep-linking to any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

444abc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form. Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected at registration (name, date of birth, contact details) is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Payment information is processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways. 444abc does not store complete payment credentials on its own servers.
• 444abc will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the 444abc support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444abc's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 444abc shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 444abc's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in this clause limits 444abc's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 444abc Platform, including wager outcomes, payment processing, or account decisions, you must follow this procedure:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the 444abc support team via the in-platform live chat or by email to [email protected]. Include your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game round IDs.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: 444abc will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a full written resolution within 10 business days of acknowledgement.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to 444abc's senior disputes team. The senior team will provide a final written decision within a further 10 business days.

444abc's transaction logs, game server records, and system data constitute the authoritative record for all dispute investigations. Platform decisions made in good faith on the basis of this data are final and binding.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may close your 444abc account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
• 444abc-initiated suspension or closure: 444abc may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk or regulatory concern to the Platform.
• In cases of closure for cause (fraud, prohibited conduct, terms violation), 444abc reserves the right to withhold any or all account balances pending investigation, and to permanently forfeit such balances if the investigation substantiates the grounds for closure.

444abc reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 444abc will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the new version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Where 444abc considers a change to be particularly significant, it may also provide direct notification to registered players via email or in-platform messaging.

This Agreement, together with the 444abc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 444abc with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
